    Terrible service. My weekly dinner group has agreed to never go here again. That iis a dozen people that swore off this place. I just got a reply that was a made-up excuse and doesn't apply to our scenario. They do not know when I was there so they can't know what the issue was. There were either too few servers or incapable servers. A system crash means we can still get attention and drinks, we got ignored. She never noticed when additional people to our party arrived and we had to flag her down which was difficult because she was overwhelmed. No one wanted to help us, they were all overwhelmed. Management didn't take steps to correct that.

    I work next to Masons and go about once or twice a week, all the ladies always make sure i have everything i need and the food is tasty at a decent price. Grrrrreat place to go!

    I don't eat burgers offer, so this is THE only choice for me. The burgers are great! I personally love the Moses, and the famous Double Shift burger(only I add grilled onion)! Hopefully there you can engage in a musical conversation with Mark at the bar!

    First and last time going to Masons. Our server was so enraptured with her phone, It was to the point she was walking around the bar on it. She forgot that I said no onions on my patty melt. I asked for fries and she gave me chips. We could of easily walked out on our tab, but instead just left her a $2 tip. Sad bc this place could be so much more. Food was mediocre at best, and pricey. Don’t know why anyone would recommend us to go there lol

    Very friendly staff, way more homely than the outside would suggest! Wide draft choice and family friendly.
